The product
HardRx is a prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction — sildenafil and tadalafil in one tablet that dissolves under the tongue. It comes from Hard Health, a telehealth company operating out of Huntington Beach, California.
The idea is not complicated. Two of the most prescribed ED medications in the world have opposite strengths, and men routinely bounce between them trying to get both. One tablet containing both ends the bouncing.
What we are and are not
Our role is introduction and logistics. We do not practise medicine and we are not a clinic. The prescribing decision sits entirely with independently licensed U.S. doctors, and the filling of it sits with an accredited pharmacy.
The distinction matters more than it sounds. We cannot approve anybody, we have no wish to be able to, and a physician declining a request is the system working rather than failing.
Credentials
LegitScript Certified
Certification confirming a healthcare merchant operates lawfully and meets published transparency and compliance standards.
PCAB Accredited Pharmacy
Filling is handled by a pharmacy carrying Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board accreditation, a voluntary standard reviewed on site.
Independent U.S. physicians
Reviews are performed by doctors licensed in the United States, in line with the telemedicine rules of your state.
Dispensed domestically
Medication is prepared and shipped inside the United States, in packaging that identifies nothing.
What we try to get right
- Discretion by default. Unmarked parcels, no video call in most states, nothing that announces itself.
- Honesty about limits. This manages a symptom for the length of a dose. It does not resolve ED, it does not create desire, and it does not suit every man.
- A review that means something. The nitrate interaction can put someone in hospital. Screening is not decorative here.
- Easy exits. Pause or cancel before the next shipment, without a retention conversation.
