Step 3 — A physician makes the call
An independent licensed U.S. doctor reads it and either writes the prescription or does not. The review is inside the price rather than billed on top, and men who are declined are not charged at all.

Step 4 — It is filled and posted
Approved prescriptions go to an accredited American pharmacy. The parcel names no pharmacy, no brand and no contents. Standard shipping is free and takes three to five business days.

What the assessment asks about
Nothing to prepare, and no trick questions. The physician needs enough to rule out the situations where a PDE5 inhibitor is genuinely dangerous, so the form covers:
- Cardiac history. Any diagnosed disease, previous events, chest pain on exertion, and where your blood pressure usually sits.
- Everything in your medicine cabinet. Prescriptions, over-the-counter products, supplements and recreational substances. Nitrates matter more than anything else on the list.
- Allergies. Any previous reaction to sildenafil or tadalafil especially.
- How your body clears medication. Liver and kidney function, diabetes, and anything similar.
- The problem itself. How long, how consistently, and whether anything has already been tried.
Do not edit the truth to get a yes
Omitting a medication to improve your chances removes the single safeguard this process exists to provide. The physician has no other window into your health, and the interaction they are checking for can put someone in hospital.

Questions about the process
The assessment is roughly five minutes of typing. Review times depend on the physician reading it. Once approved and filled, free standard shipping lands in three to five business days.
Nitrate medication is the main one. Serious heart disease, unusually low blood pressure and a known allergy to either active also rule it out. A decline costs you nothing.
