How Ordering HardRx Works

Four stages between choosing a plan and opening a parcel that tells nobody anything.

Step 1 — Choose how many doses you want

Six a month, twelve a month, or a single supply that renews nothing. Nothing is permanent — plans resize and cancel later — so choose on what you realistically expect to use rather than trying to be precise.

  • Takes about a minute
  • No card charged yet

Step 2 — Fill in the health assessment

Written, about five minutes. It asks about your cardiac history, everything you currently take, allergies, and what has actually been going on. Be blunt: the physician is screening for combinations that can cause real harm, and your answers are the only thing they can see.

  • Around five minutes
  • No video call in most states

Step 3 — A physician makes the call

An independent licensed U.S. doctor reads it and either writes the prescription or does not. The review is inside the price rather than billed on top, and men who are declined are not charged at all.

  • Included in the price
  • Declined means unbilled

Step 4 — It is filled and posted

Approved prescriptions go to an accredited American pharmacy. The parcel names no pharmacy, no brand and no contents. Standard shipping is free and takes three to five business days.

  • Free standard shipping
  • Nothing printed on the outside

Start when you are ready

Five minutes of questions, read by a licensed physician, and nothing charged unless they approve you.

What the assessment asks about

Nothing to prepare, and no trick questions. The physician needs enough to rule out the situations where a PDE5 inhibitor is genuinely dangerous, so the form covers:

  • Cardiac history. Any diagnosed disease, previous events, chest pain on exertion, and where your blood pressure usually sits.
  • Everything in your medicine cabinet. Prescriptions, over-the-counter products, supplements and recreational substances. Nitrates matter more than anything else on the list.
  • Allergies. Any previous reaction to sildenafil or tadalafil especially.
  • How your body clears medication. Liver and kidney function, diabetes, and anything similar.
  • The problem itself. How long, how consistently, and whether anything has already been tried.

Do not edit the truth to get a yes

Omitting a medication to improve your chances removes the single safeguard this process exists to provide. The physician has no other window into your health, and the interaction they are checking for can put someone in hospital.

Once you are set up

Subscriptions refill automatically each month, which is the point — nobody wants a recurring chore. Resizing, pausing and cancelling all happen from your account or through support, and all share one deadline: before the next shipment is processed. The shipping and returns page covers it. For anything about a live order, write to [email protected] or call 855-927-0390.

Questions about the process

The assessment is roughly five minutes of typing. Review times depend on the physician reading it. Once approved and filled, free standard shipping lands in three to five business days.

Nitrate medication is the main one. Serious heart disease, unusually low blood pressure and a known allergy to either active also rule it out. A decline costs you nothing.

No. What you write on the assessment is what the physician works from, which is why guessing or leaving things out defeats the purpose entirely.
