Month one is discounted; the standard monthly rate applies from your second shipment. Every plan includes the physician review and free standard shipping. Changes have to land before a shipment is processed. Afterwards the parcel is packed and moving and cannot be recalled, though stopping everything behind it is straightforward. The shipping page sets it out.

After a physician approves the prescription. Never before. A decline means there is nothing to charge and nothing to claim back.
